What's the warranty on Expert Pro?
Expert Pro systems come with a 5-year warranty. Effective from date of purchase.
Can I order an optional Pre-Out board for my Pro separately and install it by myself?
No, the Pre-Out board needs to be installed at our factory and therefore can only be purchased on initial order.
How can a firmware update bring extra power and dual-mono compatibility to the Pro?
Our engineers have managed to increase the efficiency of the Class D board of the 140 Pro in order to get 10W extra power in stereo, and have been working hard in porting and adapting the dual-mono bridged mode from the 220 Pro and 250 Pro onto the 140 Pro, in order to deliver 210W in dual-mono with the same harmonic distorsion and signal-to-noise ratio than the 220 Pro and 250 Pro.
